Facial Fat Transfer

This patient had noticed significant facial aging changes in her upper eyes, face, and neck over the past couple of years. She wanted to look refreshed but not look like a different person. She underwent a deep plane facelift/neck lift with fat grafting to the chin and jawline, as well as an upper blepharoplasty. She loves the natural look we achieved and the harmony of her eyes, neck and face. She is shown three months after surgery.
