This 62 year old woman was concerned with premature facial aging. She had had previous non-surgical treatment to the neck with minimal results. She did not want a chin implant.
We recommended a comprehensive rejuvenation that included a deep plane facelift , upper and lower eyelid lifts, fat grafting to the face and chin (instead of the chin implant) , as well as CO2 laser to the skin.
She’s thrilled with the results and, particularly loves the natural appearance of her face.
