This is the first time in my life that I have been completely happy with my body.”This patient, in her early 30's, had been dreaming of fuller breasts since her teenage years. She desired a natural looking result to fit her small frame and Dr. Canales chose Sientra implants in slightly different sizes to provide better symmetry. On the left, 215MP was used, on the right 235MP. She is 5'3" with a pre-op BMI of 21.
