Breast Augmentation

This patient had loss of volume and droop of her breasts and was hoping that just doing an augmentation would give her the desired result. We recommended both a lift and augmentation for best results. She did not want the size of her areolas changed. She loves her sporty, lifted look after simultaneous augmentation mastopexy using 285 cc moderate plus gummy bear implants. She’s shown one year after surgery.
