Liposuction

This patient had lost some weight with diet and exercise, but had plateaued at a BMI of 29.5. She was bothered by her mid-section, particularly the “flap” that laid on her lap in the sitting position. She had an extended abdominoplasty with simultaneous liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. At 5 months, she loves her new figure, her clothes now fit perfectly, and she has a lot more confidence in and out of clothes.
