Breast Revision

This patient had noticed recent changes in her 10 year old implants. Her right side was firmer and higher, consistent with a capsular contracture on that side.She underwent replacement with 385 cc Sientra  gummy bear silicone implants as well as a right breast capsulectomy   She is very happy with her results and is shown here 8 months after revision surgery.
