Breast Revision Case #8553

This patient of Dr. Culbertson had subglandular 375 cc saline breast augmentations 20 years ago, and after having kids and a significant weight loss she did not like her saggy and deflated appearance. She is seen here 4 months after exchange of her saline implants for larger right 590 cc and left 565 cc high profile silicone implants, which were changed to the subpectoral position along with mastopexies and internal bra reinforcement using GalaFLEX mesh.
