With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Southern Oregon University and a background as a Medical Assistant, Kelsey brings valuable insights to her role. Her proactive approach and commitment to excellence help drive the success of both practices, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient care and operational efficiency. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and exploring the outdoors.

A dedicated California Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) with over 7 years of experience, Olivia has a passion for patient care that shines through in every interaction. Born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, she obtained an associate’s degree in social and behavioral sciences from Santa Rosa Junior College before furthering her education in the phlebotomy and medical assisting program at Empire College.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys traveling, baking, watching movies, attending music festivals, and spending time outdoors with her dachshund named Louie. Olivia takes pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients, ensuring that each individual feels valued and cared for.

Born in Sonoma County, Monique has cultivated a rich background in the aesthetic industry over the span of 8 years. Her journey began in Los Angeles, where she honed her skills and expertise while assisting patients in their aesthetic endeavors. With a profound passion for empowering individuals on their aesthetic journey, Monique is dedicated to sharing her extensive knowledge of treatments, ensuring that each patient receives personalized guidance to achieve their desired goals. Now back in Sonoma County, Monique seamlessly merges her deep-rooted connection to her hometown with her passion for aesthetics.

In her free time, Monique enjoys spending quality moments with her dog Luna, cherished family and friends, and engaging in activities that keep her healthy and happy.

Aura brings over 25 years of experience in the Medical Field, specializing in Oncology and Dermatology. She is a Certified Medical Translator fluent in Spanish, Aura is passionate about giving back to her community by volunteering as a translator in local community clinics.

Originally from Guatemala, Aura grew up in Marin County, where she attended high school and college. In her spare time, she loves hiking with her two teenagers and cherishing moments with family and friends. Her hobbies include watching movies and dancing to Salsa music—especially to her favorite artist, Marc Anthony.

Aura is dedicated to making every patient feel welcome and comfortable in the office. With her warm spirit and readiness to help, she takes pride in creating a positive experience for everyone she meets.
