This 43 year-old woman from Santa Rosa saw us for concerns regarding aging changes in her face. She had a significant amount of sun damage and fine wrinkling of her skin. She also had redundancy of the upper eyelid skin, giving her a more aged appearance. At our Santa Rosa plastic surgery suite, she underwent a bilateral upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) as well as a TCA peel to her skin. Her postoperative photos show significant improvement in her upper eyelids as well as in the texture of her skin. The result is a more refreshed, youthful look. TCA peels can be repeated over time and she could also, in the future, use modalities such as Fraxel or Intense Pulsed Light.
