This 36 year-old woman from Shasta County, California was interested in a breast lift. She was a mother of two, was not planning any more children and felt her breasts were saggy and deflated. Her size was a 36 D cup and she had enough breast volume that I felt an anchor mastopexy would give her the breast lift she wanted. In the future, she could also add an implant for upper pole fullness. At our Santa Rosa plastic surgery suite, she underwent a breast lift (mastopexy), tightening the skin envelope in both a horizontal and vertical dimension. The size of the areola was reduced and the position of the nipple was elevated. Her final result shows a more pleasing breast shape that allows her to go without a bra from time to time and to wear clothes she could not wear before.
