This 34 year-old woman, mother of one child, sought breast enhancement with saline implants. She was 5' 6" in height, weighed 125 pounds and wore a 34 A cup bra.  She wanted to be a medium C cup so we chose smooth round saline implants inflated to 375 cc.  Postoperatively, one can see an excellent shape with good symmetry and well healed scars in the fold.
