This 29 year-old woman wore a 34 A cup bra and wanted to be a C cup after augmentation.  She was 5'2" tall and weighed 102 pounds.  At our Santa Rosa plastic surgery suite, she underwent bilateral breast enlargement with smooth, round saline implants inflated to 330 cc.  A periareolar incision was used. Her postoperative result reveals excellent shape, fullnes and symmetry, as well as the desired improvement in size.
