This 38 year-old Sonoma County woman, mother of two, consulted us for improvement in her breast shape and size. After 2 children, her breasts were deflated and she wanted to regain some firmness. At our Santa Rosa plastic surgery suite, we performed bilateral breast augmentation using smooth, round implants inflated to 535 cc on the right and 540 cc on the left. The breast enlargement was carried out through an incision in the fold and the implants were placed under the muscle. Her postoperative result shows a nice improvement in size and shape. Her present bra size is a D cup.
