This 41 year-old woman (mother of six children) from Sonoma County came to see us at Plastic Surgery Associates with concerns of breasts that were droopy. She had enough volume, being either a large C or a small D cup, but she did not like the shape of the breasts nor the droopy appearance after all her pregnancies. We recommended an anchor mastopexy, including a vertical as well as a horizontal incision due to the significant droop in her breasts. She had an uneventful recovery after surgery in our Santa Rosa plastic surgical suite, and is now able to wear tank tops without a bra during the summer.
