This 45 year-old woman from Santa Rosa sought improvement in her breast size and shape. She was mainly concerned with the droopiness of her breasts and also desired a small reduction in the size of her large D cup breasts. Her right breast was larger than her left. At our Santa Rosa plastic surgery suite, we performed a bilateral breast reduction removing a little more tissue from the right breast than from the left. Her postoperative result reveals improved symmetry, excellent scars and an improved shape of both breasts.
