This 29 year-old woman sought silicone breast enhancement in our Santa Rosa plastic surgery office. She had thought of breast implants for a number of years. At 5'8" and 118 pounds she was very thin and she felt that silicone implants would give her the most natural feel and look. In our Santa Rosa plastic surgery suite she underwent bilateral silicone breast augmentation with 450 cc cohesive gel implants. She was a 34 A cup before surgery and she is now a 34 small D cup.
