This 35 year-old woman from Sonoma Country desired breast augmentation with silicone implants.  She was 5'5" and weighted 115 pounds and wanted a more proportioned figure.  She wore a 34 A cup bra and wanted a full C cup/small D cup. At our Santa Rosa plastic surgery suite, she underwent breast augmentation with 500 cc cohesive silicone gel implants. An incision in her inframammary fold was used.   Her postoperative course was uncomplicated and she is thrilled with her new size.  She can wear a 34 C or 34 D cup depending on the bra company.  Her results are shown at 3 months.
